Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and LLCONSULTORIA E SERVICOS ADMINISTRATIVOS (“casual”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.

1. Who can use casual

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. One person, one account. No pretending to be someone else.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at liz@luft.com.br if you think someone else got in.

3. What you can post

casual is for questions, lists, polls, answers and photos taken in the moment. You can’t post:

  • harassment, bullying, threats or incitement to violence;
  • hate speech or discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected trait;
  • nudity, sexual content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
  • spam, scams, fake engagement or unauthorized ads;
  • other people’s private information without consent;
  • content that infringes copyright or other rights;
  • anything illegal under Brazilian law.

4. Recommendations

Answers and lists are opinions from other users, not professional advice. We don’t verify them. If the in-laws hate the restaurant, that’s between you and them.

5. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it inside casual so the app works. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep it by law.

6. Reports and moderation

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone can report content or accounts. We review reports within 24 hours, and we use automated filters. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. Content with several reports may be hidden while we review it. If you think we got it wrong, write to liz@luft.com.br.

7. Blocking

You can block anyone. Blocked people can’t see your profile or content, and you won’t see theirs.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. Your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

casual is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for content posted by users or for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes go to the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
