Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LLCONSULTORIA E SERVICOS ADMINISTRATIVOS (“casual”, “we”) handles your personal data, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). We are the data controller.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: name, username, email, password (stored encrypted), profile photo, bio, location you type in, public or private setting.
  • Content: questions, lists, polls, answers, votes, likes, photos, captions and music tags.
  • Connections: who you follow, who follows you, who you block.
  • Safety: reports you send or receive and moderation decisions.
  • Technical: IP address, device, app version, access dates and times.

We access your camera only when you take a photo. We don’t collect your GPS location. We don’t sell your data.

2. Why we use it (and the legal basis)

  • To run your account and show your content: performance of contract (Art. 7, V).
  • To keep the app safe, moderate content and prevent fraud: legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX).
  • To keep access logs for 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014, Art. 15): legal obligation (Art. 7, II).
  • To send optional notifications or marketing: consent (Art. 7, I), which you can withdraw anytime.

3. Who sees your data

Public profiles are visible to anyone on casual. Private profiles are visible only to followers you approve. Your answers on someone else’s public post are visible to anyone who sees that post. We share data with service providers that host and run the app (cloud, storage, email), under contract and only for these purposes, and with authorities when required by law or court order.

4. International transfer

Some providers may store data outside Brazil. When that happens, we use the safeguards required by LGPD (Art. 33), such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and content within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (like access logs for 6 months) or to defend our rights.

6. Your rights (Art. 18)

  • confirm that we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete or wrong data;
  • anonymize, block or delete unnecessary data;
  • get a copy of your data (portability);
  • delete data processed by consent and withdraw consent;
  • know who we share it with;
  • file a complaint with the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority).

7. Teens

casual is for people 16 and older. Users under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian. If we find an account from someone younger, we delete it.

8. Security

We use encryption, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfect; if a breach may cause you harm, we’ll tell you and the ANPD.
